The subdivision could have been nice yes if those strays dogs are managed. The management of these property doesn’t care about the homeowners. All they care about is if they sold all and that’s it move on with their lives knowing problems will be at hand in managing the place. The maintenance of the grass as what they’ve said and part of the HOA but hell ya, could be luckier if it’s done once a month but most likely could be 6 months or so. Those marketing people are just as crooked just to sell those lots.
The problems of the strays animals. It is what it is as what they say but hey that’s part of maintenance. What in the world no one is complaining about it. We all do but some owners too doesn’t care when they’re fenced but how about those that doesn’t want to be caged in like a prisoner. The animals are pooing everywhere creating generations of babies and the more it is getting populated with these strays. I just hope they will open eyes about the current situation. What happen to the gate when it’s not even installed and there comes the problem with out of control animals in the subdivision.
