I guess it’s all about marketing and getting properties sold to mostly investors. The goal might be just sold the property and care less on the homeowners. the system they have in Bohol is not too great. The online payment is a question mark. Can they just spend a bit to get them paid better or let’s say up to date? it sucked really because electronically speaking their still far away below standard. I hate to say hate but I hate the inconvenience. they also increase HOA fees but the maintenance of the place is way too poor. Lots of stray dogs, unmaintained grass and no proper gate at the entrance as well as the guards I don’t know what to say.
