Sam's Clam Chowder

Yesterday, hubby and I droved to Half moon bay. We were taking our day exploring the beauty of nature. We made our stop to gas up the car and bought some "chicharon" for my snack. If you don't know that is, it is a pork skin boiled in high temperature that when it's cooked it is flaky and crunchy. I just love it. We Filipinos do love it.

We passed by first to the Marina stopped at Pillar Harbor. Looked at some boats, wishing to own one. Maybe in dreams it is so easy but for real, quite a lot of years to save and earn. But just looking around seeing the view and took pictures.

While I was there, I got a sudden craving for soup. Beside the weather that chilling down my spine, the delicious aroma of the nearby restaurant opted me to get some soup. Hubby asked me where and I told him to go so Sam's. We were there seated after 15 minutes of wait. I ordered my Newland Clam chowder and shrimp scampi pasta while hubby order the same soup and got his Jumbo prawns. I had a good time with soup and dinner. It was a good place to dine in. Good food, best view of the ocean.
