My Loco Moco

This is none other than a good salisbury steak. It is covered with a delicious gravy then an over medium eggs on top with some rice at the bottom. Simple dish but very very good. This is one of my favorite go to food every time I visit the islands of Hawaii. I love it.

I discovered how good loco Moco was when I dined at Tiki lounge in Oahu. I think it was the best Loco moco I've tasted. Since Oahu is very popular with so many restaurants around, I was browsing other restaurants and got to fall in love with Lulu's. I tasted their Loco Moco and it was good.

This was at Lahaina town in Maui. Big huge place.
