Primary Homes Tagbilaran Inefficiency

So many residents are complaining about the unfinished work, no CTR, lack of communication, property management, waste and garbage disposal, outrageous water bill and etc. 

it's about the delivery of finished projects that are troublesome. Once it's turned over even if stipulated in the agreement to fix the problem, their strategy is to not reply at all. you will not going to hear from them no matter what.  and the promises of working on the homeowners abot the problems of the house prior to the warranty.
