Under Pressure

Now things got worst for my work. It is I am pressed to come up with something so there's a reason for the company to make me stay to work. How would you feel about that? I thought the matter that was discussed a few weeks ago was just a minimal sign but now it is like I am warned. I need to think or I should say extend my help to my boss as if I will be begging for work. I don't know how he is doing and all I know that he is overstressed with his deadline. Beside when I got there my only reason to work was just to take phone calls and do some things when being told. Now it is because I have a degree they want me to think about in relation to that so I could use it to their advantage. The thing is I don't know what other things they're been doing except when I am told to do so.

It's too bad to end up my day with a talk with my boss. Honestly, I am not comfortable working anymore knowing how they feel towards my work. Right now I feel that I am no longer needed since the business is too slow at our department. I am hurt in a way. It's just better for them to tell me directly that you're fired, or your service is no longer needed than to make me feel this way. I told them that I would not put any grudges if they will since I can fully understand how the business is doing now. With what my boss reaction towards me today, there's no reason for me to stay that long. He just build me a gap. I am thinking now about quitting and maybe I could tender my resignation next week. I had enough of their concern and it's hard to work when all eyes are on you.
