How I'm Feeling

I feel more better now but not as great as normal. The muscle pain is starting to subside but it's still there. I continue using the ointment to the areas where my pain is and it's helping day by day. I wish it could go fast that quick and feel normal again. It's a progress though. I can use my left arm now without so much pain. I am taking it easy as I carry some stuff but i don't want to exert so much effort on my left side. I don't want to deal the pain that is so excruciating. I hope I could get more better and wish this will not happen again.
