Playing my Wii - Just Dance 3

I am very frustrated with my weight and very insecure about it. I may just smile when people say that I gained but deep inside I feel disgusted. I don’t get mad to people who noticed my weight but I am upset about myself why I didn’t care about it. I don’t get discourage just because people say so. What has been happening to me was my fault. Sugar, carbs, bad diet and no exercise perfect to escalate pounds.

In a positive note, I don’t want to add more clothes sizes again. I want to get back to size 1 and no problem with wearing small size outfits. In doing so, I purchased this game from Nintendo Just Dance 3. I push myself to use it. Actually, I left it unattended for weeks since I bought it. This week I told myself I spend money for this thing I have to use it.

I need to do something about my body. I don’t want to be like this anymore. I want to wear the dress I bought last year. I don’t want to throw money away to buy new big sizes when the clothes were only worn once. That’s not practical and I have to be real. There are so many people in the world wanted to get new clothes but no money to buy. Here I am feels like somebody who only wear clothes once. It’s not for real and I need to be real and practical.

Here's my progress for 4 days. I am sore and keep on pushing. I don't really know how to convert the sweat part to calories but I felt like I burned 200 or more. I hope that I will continue to do this and will be a routine for life. I will be thinking positive.

Sproutwells

When I was in grade school, I happened to know athletes in my class as well as their mom. I wasn’t in the soccer team. I was just a supporting audience. These 2 moms were an avid supporter. From practices, competition and just any other meetings for the team, there present were there all the time. Intramurals every year were the highlight event to them.

It was also my expected month of the year. I enjoyed most of my time during the competition. They were great company. But one day, it was very colorful experience. The athletes that I knew of were not in the same team. They were rivals. I could hear the scream of the mom’s on the benches. So much words, harsh for the most part. It was very funny to hear all of those exchanging words. Sitting at the bench where this moms sitting opposite side. I sat in the middle. It was hilarious to be in the situation when you happen to know them. For an hour of shouting and screaming of cheers, I had a good time with them. Though they had it with a bad start during the game, they ended it with sportsmanship. It was like it never happened. If it was me, I could not imagine to end my day not carrying a bad heart.

Anyway, watch The Sproutwells from freshfunds.com, a cool funny site to laugh your heart out. The characters they used are family of veggies. Children can learn from this one. Don’t miss to see this. Also, don’t forget to join so you can earn points towards getting a prize or you may contribute for a donation. Whatever your heart tells you too, do it with compassion.
