Thanksgiving is coming up this November and I am hoping I could take some vacation and enjoy the holiday there. I can’t really tell as of the moment if it’s going to happen. I wish I could have book it the previous months where I see prices for airfare was low and I have a week to stay for free. I miss that opportunity but let’s see what I can find for the next coming days. If opportunity knocks again, I will not going to miss it.

I love to go to Maui. They have good real estate and the beach is just amazing to visit. With the islands I visited in Hawaii, for me the best place to stay is Maui. It’s pretty relaxing and not too congested like Oahu. The prices on real estate at Hawaii MLS are a little pricey compare to the other islands but I think the living style is a little laid back and comfortable. To Dream Big

I wish I may have everything to get all the needs and things I want. But I am living not way above my means and saving is my thing. But it is good to dream and think about those things. It gives me inspiration and motivation.

I am lucky enough I could travel. I could see places that I want. Not all of them yet, but one day when I have time I will see the places I wanted to see. The travels I took put me some different perspective. I learned a lot through the culture of the country, people, food and lifestyle.

There are places I have seen that attracts me. Hawaii is one of them. It’s a small island but clean and fresh. It’s not overly congested and not polluted at all. Crimes are low and employments are okay. It’s really nice to have a place there. One of my dream is to own a place in a beautiful tropical paradise.

Real estate inventory are abundant these days and there are many Hawaii houses for sale. It depends on where you would want to settle and get comfortable with. To live in Hawaii

The 5^th time I went to the islands of Hawaii was the first week of July. I saw how the places are, the people, housing and cost of living. The weather is wonderful all year round. You just don’t mind the storms and warning signal for tsunamis. It is very much a good place to live. The island is clean and also what makes the island great is their attractive beaches and super delicious food. The idea to live there is a dream.

Hubby and I are thinking how to live such a pretty relaxing place. How can we get to buy the house that we want? It’s quite a challenge to get into the idea of living there. We need to have a huge sum of savings to spend the every day needs. What careers out there if work is to consider. To acquire properties needs a lot of planning and diligence. How can we get all of that?

The tour and driving around the island gave us some ideas where and how much budget one can live comfortably in Hawaii. We used zillow.com to get the picture of how much the Hawaii properties for sale are. It’s very easy to use you just type in the zip code and it will directly tell you what’s available and their price range. Sad to say, we are not yet in the position to leave behind what we have here in California. The dream of living in Hawaii is still a dream. We do keep on trying to fulfill our dream someday. If living in Hawaii could not be possible, definitely it could be somewhere tropical.

Brain Storming

Yesterday I stayed home discussing some things with hubby. It’s a lucrative conversation and that would give us the edge for our future plans. We even talk about the possibility of going to move to our current location now and find another home to live in or just stay where we are and just push through our goal. It’s a very promising discussion. It created a light mood for us. I hope there’s a bright future for us and that we will get lucky.

When we chat about places to live, we find property in Santa Clara too high for the price. The area is just the center for everything that’s why it’s very expensive. For a number of times driving around the community since the beginning of 2006, we already know how the houses for sale and it’s corresponding prices are. The economy put so many home owners move out from their homes. Thus, the prices are not the way it used to be.

Apart from that, we witness how the prices went up and down. Today, the real estate market is slow and don’t know if the prices is at the bottom. I saw some listings about the homes for sale and I feel that the market is moving. I can see a lot of pending. I think it’s the indication that the real estate will get better and I am hoping that the bank will give us the loan again.

Living in Boston

I recall last year a friend of mine went to Boston to see the state. I saw the pictures of her trip there and base on that I can almost imagine how the place is. It’s very nice to live there when you have growing kids. Not only that, it has good school system too. The state is one of the best places to live and work. One of the many companies who establishes good reputable business there is Bushari group real estate. They have so many good listings of houses, condos, lofts and so many others. If I am going to live there, I would consider the Boston Condos and or the Boston Luxury lofts depending on the budget I could afford. I like those type of real estate considering it’s a city and it’s a little bit congested in some way. These types of real estate will fit the style of living I want.

Living in the east coast can provide so much positive growth especially in the areas of Boston. It’s very ideal to family who has kids and providing the kids of best education they can possibly get. I would not hesitate to live there if I have a family of my own.

To Buy Real Estate

To buy a house is a hectic schedule. You undergo several hours of research. A real estate agent could help minimized your time but it’s still better to do the underground work first. I learned from experience that in order to get a better view of the location and how the prices on the market, it’s good when you do some research of your own. Some real estate agents are crooks. The more information you could get to a place, location and property values it could be your advantage. The agents are better in making paper work easy and faster. I trust them with that.

In the search that I had experienced, one makes a house ideal for buying is when the inside and exterior is in really good condition. Floor for example, if the carpet or wood is not a mess or if there’s life to it. Resurrecting a place or renovating a house can be a lot of work and you would only go for a service who knows what they are doing. One good example of a company is the steam team. The time of year when real estate was low and interest rate was historically low was 2 years ago. But the rate now is still low compare to what it had been 4 years ago. It is still time to buy if you want to invest in real estate. I am watching how the prices of real estate change for the past years. I could have made my move 2 years ago but I was afraid of what’s going to happen. If I have the courage that time, I could probably make a very good decision in my move. But it’s not yet too late to do it. Only the location and the right property will make it worthwhile.

As I watch the real estate and how the movement from each state on their properties, I look every where. I see prices in Dallas Real estate so cheap compare to the prices here in California. If properties would have the same value, what money we can spend here in California would be like a mansion in Dallas. But I guess it’s the location makes the value. I am just amaze what the value in dallas homes for sale is. In comparison to California’s property value it triples the price. There are also other states that are the same in Dallas but what’s good with the state is the job market. That’s where the people would go.
