Building my own

My preference in buying a house would be contemporary especially the kitchen and the bathroom. Prices here in the bay area are way so outrageous. It is like we are paying for the good weather. California is just way too expensive with real estate. But as they say there goes the money and yet I wonder why the CA government is broke.

Anyway, out of curiosity and comparing the houses that are for sale now is not much. There could be more in the market above my targeted price. There’s no way I could afford those and it will be a dream if I could own one. That wishful thinking is not going to happen. If I do, wow that will be an achievement. So, when I look at the photos I would always check the design of the bathroom. How the tiles are? Is it contemporary or if not how will I make a change? It is part of my creative side to vision what it’s like if it’s with a different design. Glasstile store has a number of really cool and modern designs. I really like this website because it gives me some ideas how to create a good design for my future plans in building my own house. I know it’s way too much to think if I could build my own but it might be possible if lucky enough to reach my financial goals. The bathroom tiles they have featured are so great. I wish someday it will come and I know patience is a virtue.

For the money you spend for less, it could either have quality or not. It really depends on the budget. I would possibly look for the kind of clothes I would really like in a very reasonable price. It might take me a while to buy but when I do that would be it. Other times, when it comes to shoes and accessories, I rather spend a little more.

There are many branded names you could shop around either at the mall or online. These days with too hectic schedule from work and personal life, shopping online can be convenient. Personally, I would go for online buying. It’s not so much of a hassle to buy. Just a click and quick browsing work the tricks for me. I would have no worries adjusting my schedule. I just spend a little time and when I know what I want it’s just a matter of minutes to purchase.

Their products are quality. A little more pricey than others but you can guarantee that the item you will be wearing can last for years. I have a friend who get used to buying their products and a regular buyer. It just tells me that if you have a positive feeling to one certain thing it can build relationship. This friend of mine keeps on buying their stuff and very satisfied buying it.

The time of season to reflect upon the blessings we received from the Almighty. I am blessed that I have a husband who is so good to me and a giver to my wants. There is so much to thank for. I am so happy that I have him in my life. He will always be there for me no matter what.

Holiday Budget

It’s the holiday season. The stores are on sale. It is the best time to buy things in very reasonable prices. I myself will go and check Kmart for I know they have lots of good stuff to buy in bigger discounts. There are some things that I would want to buy for the house. Last weekend, we just moved to a new place. We did some little unpacking already. I did start a portion in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. I noticed I needed some items in there so I am thinking now to go and visit Kmart soon.



When I was in the bedroom, I did unpack a couple of boxes of clothes. I go over with my winter clothes and I felt I need new clothes. I haven’t been shopping for awhile.
