Plum Smokey Eye | Vampy Lips | Hooded Eyes

Here's my first intake for the fall inspired look using mostly eyeshadows from Urban Decay Shadow Palette and MakeupGeek. Some color pay offs from Urban Decay needs a little hardwork and need some Mac Fix Plus to intensify and make it vibrant. In all honesty, it was a difficult day to film when my toddler was in tantrum and it was the only day I planned to work on filming. Managing being a mom and my love for makeup was challenge that day. The weather was hot, my face was melting like crazy. Oil was everywhere. I even did the foundation twice. On the second attempt you can really see in the video how red I was when I did my eye. But at the end of it with rummaging mommy's life and passion, the makeup stays on.

I am no makeup artist by any means. I learned how to do my own makeup through lots of experimentation and practice. If you believe in yourself, and just love makeup.. you can learn too!

Double Winged Liner for Hooded Eyes

Finally I did it. I will be honest. I practiced several times to get the hang of it. I couldn't count as to how many times I did it, just imagine Lots and lots of time constantly doing the same thing. There are many ways how to create it but in this video I make it this way. For starter, this is the best demonstration and easiest and fastest way to do it.

Cut Crease for Hooded Eyes

After months and months of practice, endless watching beauty guru's on how to do this technique, I finally get it. A self thought with no professional background but with perseverance, I happen to learn it. You may do it as well. If you are starting out, don't worry about mistakes, just keep on going. I never thought I could do it myself but I did.

I am not in my teens anymore so I would only focus on makeup that suitable to my age. But I will also try to demonstrate colorful, vibrant and creative means of applying makeup. You will be part of my progress. Who knows one day, I might going to pursue this artistry. In the mean time, I am having fun with makeup.

Royal Blue Smokey Eye Tutorial

This is an inspiration makeup. My friend Jane wore this when she celebrated her birthday with us over dinner. The makeup was done with a Mac makeup artist. So I thought I might be able to come up with my own if I can. So here it goes.

Eye Make up - Purple

I want to achieve more lighter shades of purple. I already have that smokey dark purple sometime and so last night I was practicing this look. I think I did a good job. But I still have to improve more with the coverage area of my eyes. I have small eyes but the gap between the lid and brow is a bit a distance so I will need to improve on this next time. I like the look a lot.
