Cut Crease for Hooded Eyes

After months and months of practice, endless watching beauty guru's on how to do this technique, I finally get it. A self thought with no professional background but with perseverance, I happen to learn it. You may do it as well. If you are starting out, don't worry about mistakes, just keep on going. I never thought I could do it myself but I did.

I am not in my teens anymore so I would only focus on makeup that suitable to my age. But I will also try to demonstrate colorful, vibrant and creative means of applying makeup. You will be part of my progress. Who knows one day, I might going to pursue this artistry. In the mean time, I am having fun with makeup.

Hi guys! Here I am again giving you another look for the fall using Urban Decay Naked2 Palette. I had been playing around with this palette for a long time but never created a look for the entire thing. This was my first and I love how it turned out.

Makeup Haul - Brush

Playing with makeup and learning the techniques is my past time now. Aside from taking photos of course I am having a good time with this stuff. Glad to know there's something you can do when you feel down.

Today I had my medical appointment and after I got good result, I decided to drop by to a store nearby since I am already close to the area. I went to Ulta. I have been eying Real Technique Brushes for so long and I need an extra foundation brush. My sigma kabuki F80 is a workmanship but I want another spare if my sigma is dirty. But it's a bit costly, so I thought RT can work since lots of people are raving about it. Finally, I bought it in Ulta. So here's the damage..

Summer Look

I came up with this look inspired by the beautiful sunset in St. Maarten. It was the time when I had the dinner cruise with hubby. It's very simple using 4 colors. You could wear this during a summer holiday trip on the beach particularly going out at night.  Perhaps on a boat or dinner.

When I was young, I don't know how to use makeup. I already passed the teens and passed the last day of the calendar but yet here I am playing with colors. I am just trying these colors since I never really wore this shade until today.

I was kind of busy today at work. I joggled one job to the other and didn't even finish my monthly report. Since we are short handed it was hard. So to relieve my stress, I went to 3 stores.

I bought some essentials and finally I got a palette from Wet N Wild. I didn't find all that I have in mind. Cvs has limited stocks.I will try Rite Aid next week maybe I could find what I am looking for. To be honest, I want to get the shadows that are Mac dupes lol.. Save money right? Or I should just stop thinking buying makeups. LOL.. Vanity that is.. I will be in search. Hopefully, I can get it.

Drugstore Haul

I started with drugstore and I will never stop buying. What is there not to buy? You can find cheap, quality, some dupes for higher end, what is there not to love about it.

Today, I have made some little haul something I don't have. I also need to practice my photography. I have not been into it recently. Might as well do the thing again.

For over a month I have been glued to something about makeup. Either from watching tutorials on youtube, read makeup blogs and seeing photos with the gurus in instagram.

While I was watching all these people talking about what product works or not, I have selected items I believe will help me get the desired look that I want. I think I am getting obsessed in a good way. So I splurge a little. Only bought which I think are really needed. I don't go so much for higher end, I am more on drugstore. But if you sum up all the costs, I think it's too much.

Purple and Orange Makeup Look

Nothing too fancy, actually the intention was to practice the technique of filling up large pores and the craters. But the result was so bad. The foundation look so cakey and the shade was so light on me. Tried to use darker powder, made it worst. So I decided maybe experiment with the eyes and I got this look.
